Summer is winding down even though you couldn’t tell it by the continual heat. The music though isn’t winding down as we return with another mailer of discs both new and old. The music in this mailer is a great excuse to stay indoors and cool off. Don’t forget to check the end of the mailer for some titles that we will no longer be offering after this month.

Some things I noticed while writing the mailer: First we have several albums that were recorded in a matter of days. Two releases are from women who play banjo. We’re seeing more and more releases from Canadian artists. And for some reason members of My Morning Jacket keep popping up here and there. If I didn’t point these things out to you who would?

Lastly, we’ve managed to get our hands on a few more copies of the Crooked Still Live disc from last year. We ran out before we could fill all of the orders and the group has graciously sent us some more for those who missed out.  We also managed to secure a small handful of Seven Curses, the Mark Erelli-Jeffrey Foucault collaboration.  We had to pay a bit more than usual and that is reflected in the retail price.  Order asap sp you won't be disappointed again.
